The condominium Perchu was built in 1963 on a large parcel of private property at the base of the Pila Ski Resort, 1800 meters above sea level. In an optimal location, the condominium is surrounded by 2-3 hectares of peaceful mountain prairie, hills and forest. The private outdoors offers families the possibility to explore, go sledding, make barbecues and play comfortably while feeling right at home. The location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the highest mountains of the Alps, the central valley and of the city of Aosta.
It is located along the road that connects Aosta and Pila, about 1 km by car from the center of Pila, the location of the ski lift departure and all the main facilities (e.g. shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, ice skating etc.). It is an ideal starting place for mountain biking, trekking and climbing in the summer and skiing in the winter. The condominium is only few hundred meters away from the ski trail leading to the Plan Praz cable car station, thus making it directly accessible to experienced skiers.
The condominium is divided into 11 family apartments, each with independent access surrounded by private gardens and prairie. Each apartment has a splendid view overlooking the city of Aosta.(from 1200 meters above), the surrounding mountain prairies and forest and also of the surrounding highest mountains of the Alps: to the southeast, Monte Emilius and la Becca di Nona, the two peaks that dominate the Pila basin, and further on, you can admire the Mont Rose massif, the Matterhorn, the Gran Combin massif and to the northwest, the Mont Blanc massif.
We have 4 apartments for rent in this condominium, a small two room flat with 4 beds and 3 large three room flats, each with two bedrooms, a large living room, a separate kitchen, entry and bathroom. All of the apartments are completely furnished and in optimal condition; all of which have been recently renovated.
A large private parking area is available to tenants of the condominium along the road Aosta/Pila. For those who prefer, we also have garages available for rent.
For those who do not wish to take their car, there is a free shuttle service up to the ski slopes during the winter season.(Link to the site).
The apartments can be rented for the entire year, by season (winter or summer) and also by the week. In the case of weekly rental, the arrival is Saturday afternoon and the departure is the following Saturday before 11am, with the exception of special arrangements with the owner.
Prices and availability are indicated in the two tables below. The price per week is all-inclusive, including final cleaning costs.

Pila is located at less than 150 km from Turin, Lausanne and Geneva, around 200 km from Milan and less than 300 km from Genoa and Lyon.
From Italy, exit the autostrada A5 at "Aosta Est" and follow the direction Pollein, Charvensod and Pila. From France, take the Mont Blanc tunnel and exit the autostrada at "Aosta Ovest". Follow the regional highway 26 to Aosta and then follow the directions for Pila. From Switzerland, take the Gran Saint Bernard tunnel and continue along the regional highway 27 to Aosta, and then follow the directions for Pila.
Once you have arrived on the road going up from Aosta to Pila (regional highway 18), continue along this road until you reach "km 16" (marked on a signpost on the side of the road in the middle of a curve). The condominium is located just a hundred meters after this curve on the left side of the road. Parking is available along the road in front of the condominium. The location is just before the periphery of the ski resort area of Pila, about 1 km before the departure of the ski life for Chamolé.
